Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The project has not been started or no significant work has been delivered.

The client requests a cancellation in writing within 48 hours of placing the order.

The delivered work does not match the agreed-upon scope defined in the signed proposal or contract.

Non-Refundable Services We do not offer refunds for:

Work that has already been approved or delivered.

Customized designs or development work completed according to the scope.

Monthly subscription fees, including website maintenance or hosting, once the billing period has started.
